Recreational kickboxing for women, girls, students, workers, mothers – everyone, regardless of age and experience in martial arts. More and more ladies choose kickboxing as a form of recreation because of its amazing impact on physical and mental health.
You will notice the results quickly when you train kickboxing – reducing weight, tightening and ‘toning’ the body, increasing confidence and getting rid of negative energy and accumulated stress.
If you ask our Spartans what they most like about the trainings, they will say – professional trainers, the fact that sessions are not boring and you’re working the whole body, and also an amazing friendly atmosphere that prevails in the club, the girls are awesome!
If you have just started training, it is enough that you have comfortable workout clothes (shorts, tracksuit, leggings, shirt). We train barefoot or wearing socks.Later: hand wraps, boxing gloves (at least 12 oz) and shin protectors (it’s possible to buy/order them at the club). You should also have a towel and a bottle of water at each training session.
- Tuesday, Thursday 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm (60 minutes)
- Saturday 11:15 am – 12:15 am (60minutes)
