’After many years of not doing any sports, having three children and treating clinical depression, coming across Spartan Gym was the best thing that happened to me. It’s not an overstatement when I say that training at Spartan changed my life for the better in every possible way: I soon switched from two to four trainings a week, changed my mindset, got rid of depression, gained self-esteem, toned my body in a very short time and I am now generally happier and more satisfied. The gang at the gym is amazing, very supportive, and we often hang out after training; also, our coaches are awesome! Thank you for everything!
